Please note my husband and I did not purchase anything and I rarely give 5* reviews. I have always had good instincts and found Rick to be very honest and attentive. I found him to be helpful and eager to help us with our situation. We were leaving in a few days for the winter in Florida so we were under time constraints. When we return in May we will definitely make our purchase from him. If you are looking for a good reputable jeweler, give them a try.

Everytime my son breaks my precious gold necklace they've taken care of it quickly. Easy to work with. Very knowledgeable. Caring. I can't say enough great things about this local jewelry store. Will be a forever customer

The picture doesn't do it justice, I came in to have some stones replaced on a ring with lab created diamonds. Their price and quality blew me away. Rick knows what he's doing and is beyond professional and knowledgeable!

As a long time Regency customer, and I really enjoy seeing Rick (one of the owners). Great conversation. Both he and Joe are excellent gentlemen to do business with. From maintaining my watches, even my more complex tag heuer, expert jewelry repairs: from fixing a broken box chain, more recently downsizing my late father's ring so I could wear it and upsizing a sterling silver ring which I thought I'd never be able to wear again. No pressure here. Just good customer service. Easy parking.
